Columbine Catering has been serving the Rocky Mountain region and the
greater Denver area for over 20 years. In 2008, the Schneider family
opened Schneids' Smoke Shack. Catering is still our business and we
pledge to bring the same outstanding quality and service to your next
event or special occasion. We are happy to have multiple ways to bring delicious Colorado-style BBQ to our customers every day of
